View Test Requisition Forms

To view requisitions:

1. Navigate to the order containing the patient’s sample
2. Select the row containing the patient’s sample/test information
3. Click the View Requisition button

The selected requisition will open in a new tab

• One or multiple requisitions can be selected and viewed at the same time
• This method can be used to print requisitions or to save them as a PDF
