Resend test results


Resend a Test Result to a Patient

If a patient did not receive their test result notification email, their email may be incorrect, or they did not provide one during registration.

To resend a test result notification email to a patient:

  1. Navigate to the Orders page
  2. Find the Order containing the sample/test result you want to resend
  3. Select the row containing the sample/test you want to send
  4. Click the Send button

Resending = notification only

Resending a test result notifies the patient again by sending them an email (if they have provided an email address)

Resending a test result does not create a new test or issue a new test result to the patient.
