Application Updates
The LIS may receive software updates to provide new functionality, optimize performance, and enhance system stability/security.
Updates related to new functionality will be be relayed to the designated contacts prior to deployment
Updates related to system stability/security may be deployed periodically during non-peak hours.
Troubleshooting
I can't see the new version on my device
If you are logged in but cannot see a recently added feature, it's likely that your browser is still using an outdated version of the application.
There are 2 easy steps you can take to fix this:
1. Hard Refresh
To ensure your browser is using the latest version of the application, perform a hard refresh using the instructions below based on your browser/OS.
Microsoft Edge
Doing a hard refresh on Edge/Internet Explorer uses the same commands across the different operating systems.
Hold down the Ctrl key and then press your F5 key.
Or, hold down the Ctrl key and then click the Refresh button.
Google Chrome
On Windows/Linux
Hold down the Ctrl key and then click on the Reload button.
Or, hold down the Ctrl key and then press the F5 key.
On Mac
Hold down the Shift key and then click on the Reload button.
Or, hold down the ⌘ Command key and then press the R key.
Mozilla Firefox
On Windows/Linux
Hold down the Ctrl Key and then press F5.
Or, hold down the Shift key and Ctrl key, and then press the R key.
On Mac
Holding down the Shift key, click the Reload button
Or, hold down the ⌘ Command and Shift keys and then press the R key.
2. Logout and Login Again
- In the sidebar menu, click the logout button located the bottom left of the screen.
- Your account will be securely logged out, and redirected to the login page
- On the login page, enter the email address and password for your account
- Click the Login button
Once logged in, you should be able to access the latest version of the application.
