Switch lab location


How to switch lab location

  1. In the sidebar menu, click the dropdown menu at the top left of the screen to view available lab locations
  2. Click the name of the lab location that you would like to view (Ex. NYC Lab)

This will load the workflow data for the selected lab location

  • Navigate to the Workflows page to view the workflows associated with your active lab location

    • Workflows are shown based on your active lab location

    • Only workflows that are associated with the active lab location are visible, all other workflows are hidden.

How to add new lab locations

To add a new lab facility to the system, please prepare the CLIA registration/ID and location address, along with the full names of key lab staff such as the lab director, lab technicians, clinical consultants, etc.

  • Contact your administrator to add new lab locations.

Troubleshooting

Location access

If you cannot find a lab location in the dropdown menu, it is possible that your account does not have access to the lab location you are looking for.

  • Contact your administrator to request access to lab locations.
